Procedure for Incorporation in UAE would involve lot of interest towards official procedure. For a company to be incorporated, it has to be registered with the “Registrar Of Companies”. After the company is registered, it obtains a “Certificate of Incorporation” after which the company be converted into a legal body. One has to set up a file with the secretary of state signed certificate of incorporation. Minimum fee would be paid to secretary of state for filing.

Procedure for Incorporation requisite is to submit subsequent documents for the registration of the company.
